The Green Power juicer is not an ion generator, and so does not generate positive or negative ions. The Green Power juicer simply opens up clusters of water molecules so the positively charged oxygen atom and the negatively charged hydrogen atom can recombine [[[NOTE: atoms (as ions) exert the charge that creates the physical change and helps sustain the colloidal dispersion, but the word "recombine" implies a chemical reaction and might be misleading.]]] in a different molecular configuration with minerals in the fruit or vegetable. |
