All Frubet Recipes

Ambrosia Pie
The wonderful thing about this pie, other than its taste, is that it can be made and eaten in less than 30 minutes.

Asparagusto Soup
With its red middle, ring of bright yellow and green, red and yellow topping, this soup is one of the prettiest soups to serve.

Baja Pineapple Drink
The cilantro and green lettuce in this recipe cut the sweetness of the pineapple. The mix also has a delightful taste. The ingredients also help prevent the sugar highs or lows some people experience from drinking plain pineapple juice.

Barley Figgy Cookie
Remember fig newtons? This is the newer, improved model - give it a try.

Barley Spiced Crackers
The beauty of these crackers is that the vitamin B is kept intact by not cooking the grain. Pearl barley is what most people can find in their local natural food store. Barley is an easier grain to work with because it can be soaked and used on the same day.

Barley Sticky Buns
Sweetened with raisins and currants, these cinnamoned creations are a fine morning treat.

Barley Warmed Bread

Barley Warmed Casserole
This dish is unbelievable warmed in an electric skillet, kept on low and simmered just enough for the flavors to blend into a delightfully rich, satisfying and crunchy dish.

Barley Warmed Spaghetti
This does stretch the imagination to call it spaghetti, but it can be dehydrated and made into crunchy noodles and served with Presto Pesto.

Beets Me Crackers
Kamut is large grain, with a gluten content similar to wheat, but without the allergic problems often associated with wheat. The bright red color makes this a favorite during the holidays.

Berry Red Juice
This cooling juice is tops for cleaning blood and skin, and is a gentle nerve food, complete with a natural painkiller. This is a refreshing summer drink as melons are 92% water.

Berry Refreshing Soup
This calcium rich broth, orange juice combined with the fresh berries, is such a delicacy. Depending on which berries are chosen, and please feel free to add more than one kind, these soups can really give you mouth a burst of the summer's best flavor.

Berry Yummy Pudding
Berry season offer many lovely fruits from which to choose from. Pick your favorite berry and make this pudding a favorite.

Better Beet Dressing
This red dressing is protein and calcium-rich, making it a favorite for building strong bones.

Beyond Tuna Stuffing
This unique recipe uses the pulp left over from juicing carrots. It uses the Creamy Thousand Island Dressing Recipe to make a stuffing, a loaf or patties. Nicknamed Beyond Garbie, after Dr. Gabriel Cousens, this is a favorite at the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center.

Blanch, My Almond Pate
Almonds are such a filling and nutritious nut. The beauty of raw foods is that the enzyme that helps digests the nut, lipase, is in the nut. Nature does know how to perfectly package her foods.

Blimey a Limey Tomato Cabbage Soup
This soup is a rainbow of colors. What makes it special is the combination of the tomato and cabbage flavors. The dill and lime add that extra zing. Dill is so great; I put it on almost anything

Blood Tonic
This foundation of our health is based on the quality of our blood. This drink has all the best blood builders and cleanser - a true tonic.

Blueberriest Soup
This drink is like a smoothie and a soup combined. I love seeing the brightness of the color combination, and the lovely burst of blueberry flavor.

Blueberry Sorbet
Fresh and frozen blueberries can be used for this sorbet. The trick is to keep the gears cold and not make the mixture too thin or warm. For summer, this is one of the treats I enjoy serving to friends who like ice cream - a healthier choice.

Blushing Borscht
This is a soup of contrasts: crunchy and smooth, sweet and tart. The avocado topping is creamy, the grated vegetables give your jaw a gentle workout. I enjoy the juicy sweetness of the carrots, beets and apples contrasted with the tartness of the lemon juice.

Blushing Green Power Drink
Combining Carrots with beets makes this juice a dynamite blood cleanser and liver tonic. The greens make this a perfect blend for the heart and lungs. It is an all -round body - building drink blushing with beet juice and powered by greens.

Blushing Sorbet
Finding sweet strawberries is important. They are ripe if they smell sweet in the box.

Bon Apricot Sauce
If you can find Turkish apricots, you are in for a real treat. They are so succulent.

Bright Beet Apple Surprise
One of my students, Wally Straton, suggested these ingredients. The lemon sparks the apple's flavor, but the beet gets us all blushing.

Bright Beet Carrot Pate
A delightfully easy spread to prepare with the handy Green Power machine as your kitchen sidekick. Dr. Cousens introduced me to this recipe at one of his workshops.

Bunnies Will Stay Juice
If I was a bunny I would stick around to enjoy this juice. This blend of ingredients will bring out the spring in your step and the hop in you like.
