Jae's Favorite
My good friend Jae Choi's favorite juice is a combination of three health-promoting fruits and vegetables - carrots, apples and celery. These ingredients all provide vital nutrients and their flavors combine well.

     Energy - Cleanse Combination

Juicing Up
The unique ingredient in this drink is the spice, either basil or parsley, juiced with the citrus and apple. Try them both, one at a time, and see what you prefer. These spices add chlorophyll, which helps to balance the sugar from the fruits.

Key Lime Parfait
There is something cheerful about the colors of this dessert. This dessert is best served before the meal, not afterwards. The fruits digest so quickly and it sets a lovely tone for the meal.

Kiberry Cream Pie or Parfait
Kiwi and strawberries are lovely together. This double decker sorbet pie is both refreshing and impressive to serve at any gathering. Or, you could make individual servings and call it a parfait.

Lean Green Pineapple Juice Treat
This drink shows what happens when a fruit high in vitamins A, B-complex and C mixes with greens high in calcium, magnesium and iron-magic. The greens mellow the taste of the pineapple and make the fruit sugar more easily assimilated

Lean Green Protein Crackers
This high protein, calcium rich cracker is a winner. The Green Power machine makes this cracker a pleasure to prepare. The caraway and dill make it taste like a rye cracker.

Lemon Cream Pie
Lemons are wonderful for stimulating our livers to make enzymes. This pie is delicately flavored by both the juice and the zest. A true mid-summer's dream cream pie.

Lemon Drop Cookies
This cookie brings out the best of the lemon flavor. Zest is the rind of the fruit. By using the fine part of any grater, the zest can be used.

Lemon Zest Pudding
I first made this for a Jewish holiday. We served it warm in a pie plate. People thought it was cooked, but it was not, just dehydrated overnight. The secret to its success was serving it warm.

Macadamian Sweetie
I first tasted macadamia nuts in Hawaii. What a memorable treat. These cookies are rich and delightful. The fresh apple makes these cookies soft, so they do not have to be dehydrated as long. In fact, the dough tastes so good, it can be eaten raw.

Mango Madness

Menopause Tonic
Women going through menopause will be pleased to get their hands on this energizing and balancing recipe.

Mexi Flax Crackers
These crackers ere a favorite at Dr. Cousens' center. They were usually gone with two days of making them.

Nutty Nut Patty
My friend Adia showed me a version of this recipe on my television show. It is delicious even in its simplest form. With the beet included, it almost looks like meat. To tell or not to tell, that is the question?
