Oatmeal Cookies
These are a thicker, sweeter version of the traditional oatmeal cookies.

Omega 3 Oils Blend
Our body needs essential fatty acids. Flax seeds provide us with these oils and is a wonderful brain food. This drink is as tasty as it is healthy.

Onion Bread
This bread can be shaped by taking three long bread sticks and braiding them together. It looks elegant and tastes divine.

Open Sesame Drink
This drink is for adventuresome people. You need to love a bitter taste to enjoy this drink.

Orange Orange Juice
While most juices can be stored, this one is special. It needs to be used as it is juiced. If you store it, this juice will get bitter. So, enjoy this one fresh from the machine.

Orange You Glad It's Grapefruit?
Greens blend well with flax and make for a healthy drink. I have enjoyed this juice for many a breakfast.

Orange You Glad It's Lemonade
This juice is one my summer favorites. This combination of ingredients tastes remarkably fresh, and is sweet without adding any refined sugar.

Orange You in the Pink Sorbet
A fall sorbet, or freeze the persimmons in season and surprise your friends during the summer with a persimmon-strawberry double layered orange and pink dessert.

Oriental Express Juice
One way to build strong bones is with plenty of dark green leafy vegetables. The calcium and magnesium in the bok choy, carrots and Napa cabbage are yours to assimilate.

Passionate Persimmon Pudding
I look forward to the fall when persimmons are in season. This pudding is best made with the soft persimmons. Make sure they are soft or you will be puckering for quite a while. The ginger is warming for the blood. A great breakfast pudding.

Five colored dumpling

Peachy Keen Soup
The spearmint in this soup adds sparkle to the flavor of the peaches and strawberries. Be sure to enjoy its unique taste.

Pecan Pate
Stuffed into pepper boats, this dish is both lovely to look at and deceptively simple to make. Let your guests guess the ingredients. The secret ingredient is the poultry spice. Ed Douglas has a genius for spicing that I do appreciate. I think you will enjoy it too.

Persnickety Persimmon
This fall delight is a true holiday treat. It can even stand on its own as a soup. If you want to serve this sauce during other seasons, make it with only fresh bananas and frozen persimmons.

Picky Pecan Pie
This is holiday favorite. Pecan pie sweet and filling, so a little goes a long way.

Pineapple Celapple Cocktail
Some folks feel it is not proper food combining to mix fruits with vegetables. This juice is an exception to that rule. Juicing fruits and vegetables allows for more successful digestion of the two because the bulky fiber is removed.

Pineapple Juiced Delight
If you have any swelling, this juice can help reduce it. Mix up a drink for yourself and see if it works for you. But, you can enjoy this drink without deeding to be injured.

Plum Good Soup
The summer fruits are such fun to combine. This soup tastes almost like a lemonade. Remember though, when juicing a little lemon goes a long way.

Presto Pesto
Traditionally, this recipe calls for dairy products and a lot of oil. I make mine with a mixture of parsley and basil, making this sauce even greener and without any dairy. Feel free to take out the olive oil and add avocado which makes for a creamy recipe as well.

Pro Bone O' Drink
This drink gives you a plethora of ingredients that help build stronger bones. Also, the sunflower seeds are a rich source of calcium.

Pulsating Parsley Juice
Your pulse will beat more easily with this drink in your system. Also, these blood cleansers will also help you rebuild your blood.

Que Bueno Juice
Literally translated this means, "what a good juice." Jicama is a water - rich food, sweet like a white carrot. On a hot day in Mexico you can find street vendors on the street selling jicama with salt and lime juice as a snack.
